I just saw a picture of an actress named Chloe Webb wearing a navy blue white polka dots dress with a pair of leopard print pumps. She looked perfectly fine to me; but still I am left wondering, “Would you wear brown leopard print pumps with a navy blue and white polka dot dress?”
Personally leopard print shoes probably wouldn’t be on my list of possible shoes to wear with a navy blue and white polka dot dress.
I don’t think it’s usually recommended that you mix polka dots and leopard print (update March 2023 -it makes no difference what’s recommended and what’s not recommended by whoever is out there trying to tell other people what they should and should not wear) but the combination on Chloe Webb doesn’t necessarily look garish or in any way remarkably ugly. She doesn’t stand out in a bad way. The actress wore the outfit to attend Fall Flashback Reflections: China Beach 25 Years Later during the PaleyFest in Los Angeles. She added a leopard print clutch to offset and justify the leopard print shoes and cinched the dress at the waist with a broad black leather belt.

I’m not sure I’m quite voluptuous and curvaceous enough for this dress to fall in love with. And you know when a dress doesn’t love you don’t dare to go out in public wearing it because it will make sure to shout to the whole entire world how much it hates you.

If you’re over 30 some people might think this dress is a little too youthful for you to wear; but I stand by my conviction that people should wear whatever they want to wear regardless how old they are. If you’re 75 and you want to feel girlish why shouldn’t you be free to wear this dress if you want to? If people are uncomfortable looking at you because you don’t have skin like a 15 year old but you’re showing off your arm and legs that’s their problem.

Blue and white bustier and skirt from Loris Azzaro Vintage featuring a bustier with strapless fit a polka dot print a belt a zip fastening on back and a pleated skirt. Please note that vintage items are not new and therefore might have minor imperfections
I have to admit I don’t get the $980 price for this 100% polyester LORIS AZZARO VINTAGE
polka dot bustier and skirt dress. It seems a bit exorbitant for the fabric and style.
So what color shoes would I wear with a blue white polka dot dress? Probably white. White seems to be the most complimentary color of all the shoes I’ve seen being worn with blue white polka dot dresses.
My pick of white shoes are the Sergio Rossi White Patent Leather Platform Peep-Toes ($795),.
