SheInside clothes worth buying?
Some people might argue that when even the likes of Reese Witherspoon, one of the wealthiest and most famous Hollywood actresses, steps out wearing a dress from SheInside, there’s no reason to ask the question “Are SheInside clothes worth buying.” They’ll say that if a $17 SheInside dress is good enough for Reese Witherspoon, then it’s certainly good enough for the rest of us not so rich and famous ladies.
Reese Witherspoon’s SheInside White Sleeveless Porcelain Print Flare Dress
Description
White vintage style dress with blue floral print designs. Short sleeveless dress with a-line silhouette. Comes in one size.
But who really knows how and why Reese Witherspoon ended up wearing a $17 SheInside dress? And should we really go with such a mentality that a celebrity wearing something from a brand vouches for the brand?
SheInside Clothes look good and are affordable
This gorgeous yellow chiffon dress sells on SheInside.com for under $30. It looks good. There is nothing in the photo to give any indication that the dress is not worth buying. The price is right. The model wears the dress well. If you were looking for an affordable yellow chiffon maxi dress and you came across this dress from SheInside you’d probably consider buying it. Why not?
But is SheInside clothing really worth buying?
This is something I have been wondering for some time. I spent time filling up the shopping cart on the sheinside.com website with items several times but each time never went through with making a purchase. My main concern has been the length of time it will take to receive the items. I’ve never questioned whether the items would be worth purchasing mainly because SheInside appears to be so huge with fashion bloggers. You figure if they were selling shoddy goods bloggers would be saying as much. But the fashion bloggers I’ve seen wearing SheInside merchandise always look perfectly pleased to show off their merchandise. You definitely get the sense that these ladies love SheInside and you assume that must be because SheInside is doing what so many companies that sell “affordable” clothing don’t do — going the extra mile to make the clothing not only affordable but also of high quality and great style.

SheInside reviews
Until today I never actually dug around to see what’s being said about SheInside merchandise. Bloggers who wear SheInside clothing seldom comment on the quality of the clothes or on their SheInside shopping experience. You just assume they are all happy customers. But after googling Sheinside reviews today I am now even more concerned about ordering from the company. But myfashionwants.com is a SheInside.com affiliate so I do think that it is important for me to make sure that I am not representing a company from which I myself would not buy merchandise. So I am going to contact SheInside about providing me with some merchandise that I can review and if they don’t agree, which I anticipate they won’t, I will have to go ahead and take the risk of ordering some items so that I can share from actual experience my thoughts on the subject “SheInside clothes worth buying”? In the meantime, here are some of the reviews I have found that raise concerns about the SheInside shopping experience. There are of course many very good reviews; and there are always going to be people who have bad experiences shopping online. But I did find that there are many enough bad reviews–and all complaining of the same things–to give one pause for thought.
TERRIBLE
I was able to successfully pay for my order, but it never arrived. It has been over 2 months now, and I have been running around calling lots of different people and telling them the tracking number and noone knows where my package is. NEVER USING SHEINSIDE AGAIN. (trustpiolot.com)
Extremely unprofessional, never buying again!
I recently ordered a dress from Sheinsider.com, however when it came in the mail it was NOTHING like the picture advertised. First off, the sides of the dress were completely open, making the dress impossible to wear! The listing for the dress did not advertise this aspect of the dress at all. The hem of the dress was also very crooked and poorly done. I wanted to return the dress right away for a refund. Since they require a return authorization, I have tried contacting customer service on 3 separate occasions now! It has been over a week now and I have not received a single response from either. I do not have an address to ship my return, and even if I did, I would be scared to send it because of all the horror stories of girls never getting a refund. I honestly think this company is waiting until the 30 days is passed, making it completely impossible for me return the dress. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever felt with. I am hoping by posting this review, Sheinsider will finally notice me and respond. For reference my order number is ZPY1717. (trustpilot.com)
I just had the WORST experience with this website.
I was looking for a pullover hoodie and one of my girlfriends recommended this site to me. I went on the website and found one that I liked. After 6 weeks my sweater had still not come in so I emailed them and got no reply. After 7 weeks I sent them another email and this time they replied. They told me that the item I had purchased was out-of-stock but that I could exchange my order for something up to 10$usd more then the sweater had been. I tried finding something else that I liked but everything was sold out. I sent them an email asking for my money back and again they replied with the whole ” you can exchange your item for something that is worth up to 10$usd more then the sweater” completely avoiding the issue of giving me my money back. Its not like I wanted an exchange for an item I received. I ordered something which was SOLD OUT which meant I should have never even been able to buy it and it never should have gone through on my credit card!! And the worst part is, is that after 6 weeks I had to be the one to contact them otherwise I would probably still be waiting for my “sold out” sweater now. Its ridiculous. My friend’s sweaters came in just fine and obviously my situation doesn’t happen to everyone, but the customer service has just been so terrible I would recommend to not even take the risk. A nightmare
Waited 60 days for an item. Finally inquired about the hold up and was told a story about warehouses, no availability, back order. Sooooo since it was a spring jacket and the temp was officially 70 degrees in sunny Philadelphia I requested the order be canceled. They told me it there was a 30% restocking fee. WHAT in seven hells??? I fired off an email about that policy being published nowhere and the fact that they didn’t hold up their end of the bargain with the estimated shipping time. They dropped it to 15%. Another email… Threatening to blast them on every forum, social media site etc. And then they fully refunded. Terrible business and likely some form of revenue scamming. (horchata-jessieleigh.blogspot.com)
DO NOT ORDER from this site
I have had the worst experience dealing with them. I ordered a number 5 dresses which took about 3 weeks to arrive. When I tried on all the dressed I was terribly disappointed. The quality was poor and they were ill-fitting. One of the dresses was even see through. So I emailed them asking for the return address in order to get a refund. Instead of telling me they questioned why I didn’t want the dresses and tried to discourage me from returning them. They kept saying I could exchange them or get 30% off my next order. But the fact was that the dresses were horrible and I wanted my refund. After being passed around to 4 different people and a week worth of back and forth emails of me asking for the return address I finally got it. WOST SERVICE EVER! I wish someone had warned me- the clothes may look cute on line but they don’t look like that in real life. Save yourself the headache and don’t order from this place.
