I tried out some looks for fun on Saturday (June 25 2022). I paired some of the looks with the black faux leather over the knee boots featured in the March 11th 2022 post titled “Fashionnova black thigh high over the knee boots“. With some of the other looks I went with the Azalea Wang black faux leather thigh high boots featured in “Before you buy those black over the knee stretchy vegan leather thigh high boots“.
The Fashion Nova boots with the bow details worn with the black faux leather shorts from “Before you buy those black over the knee stretchy vegan leather thigh high boots“ and a black leather strapless top that’s not really a top. It’s actually a skirt that I’ve turned upside down.
The red circle from my “It’s All Up To Me” single cover is actually a head piece that goes with the red dress I commissioned for the “My Perfect Life” video concept that never came to light. The one featured in the post “My super long flowy red dress“. The footage and photo quality for this Saturday impromptu photo session was pretty low. I didn’t get anything usable for this look with the headpiece worn as a top paired with the black faux leather shorts and the Fashion Nova bow detail over the knee boots.
Saturday June 25 2022 playing with black thigh high boots
The impromptu photo session started with me trying on a jumpsuit that I purchased from Fashion Nova as a costume for filming footage of myself singing some of my songs. I purchased the jumpsuit back in February. It’s the “Disco Fever Embellished Jumpsuit – Gold” – $29.99. I decided to pair it with the boots from “Before you buy those black over the knee stretchy vegan leather thigh high boots“.
So which pair of boots do I prefer of the two?
Of the two pairs of boots, I like the Azalea Wang boots better overall. But there are things I like about the Fashion Nova boots more than the Azalea Wang. I prefer the Fashion Nova boots for the fact that they stay put while the Azalea Wang boots keep falling down. I like the bow detail on the Fashion Nova boots. I prefer the look of the stiletto heel on the Fashion Nova boots. It’s thinner which gives it a sexier look. While both styles are pointed toe, I find that the Azalea Wang look better on the feet. The Azalea Wang aren’t exactly easy to walk in but they are easier to walk in than the Fashion Nova boots in my opinion.
