I know there are some very bold ladies out there who would step out wearing this top with absolutely nothing underneath. Whether or not that is appropriate isn’t for me to say. I think as long as it’s not illegal” the appropriateness or lack of appropriateness in wearing a sheer top with nothing underneath it depends on an individual considers appropriate and not. We don’t get to dictate to people what they can and cannot wear.
I think wearing something similar to what the model is wearing under hers — a bandeau style top that looks more like a top than a bra — helps to draw attention away from the fact that the top is completely sheer. After all you can go out wearing just a bandeau top and no one will bat an eyelash.
