I was about to say I don’t have any denim jackets in my closet; but then I remembered I do have a denim jacket I bought from Newport News years ago. I don’t think I wore it more than once or twice outside.
I keep meaning to buy a new denim jacket; but as usual, everything I see that I like is out of budget. I’m thinking I’ll go ahead and try to find a cheap denim jacket to buy for now. Although the weather has been way too hot these last few days for any kind of jacket; but I’ll be having visitors in a few weeks and will be needing to put together some outfits for any trips we take. It would be nice to have a designer denim jacket but right now I’ll have to settle for what I can afford and stick to writing about what I wish I could afford.
My designer denim jacket top 5
The price tag on this vintage enzyme wash denim jacket from DKNY isn’t crazy nuts. It’s still too much for me right now, even at the current sale price of $111.99; but that’s not because it’s high. That’s just because I’m still pathetically poor.
I like how the model is wearing the jacket. Nice, casual, laid back, relaxed outfit. Gives me some ideas for if and when I finally get myself a new denim jacket and a pair of high top sneakers.
I wonder what the general population would say is the cut-off age for a woman to dress like the model above is dressed?

Denim jackets are very convenient when you need something extra to wear as a cover-up in warm weather. Like if you want to wear a tank top but you’re self-conscious about baring your arms.
You can get away with wearing a denim jacket even when it’s too hot to be wearing a jacket. By get away with wearing it I mean people won’t think you must have escaped from a mental asylum as they might if you were wearing a thick down-filled bomber jacket in the hot summer sun.
